Dear Friend of The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut,
Since its founding in 1984, The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut (MCC) is dedicated to the development of an appreciation of choral music through the presentation of public concerts and performances. MCC is known for its versatility of repertoire, including oratorio, symphonic, opera, Broadway and music of diversity. Our membership hails from over 15 communities in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, Connecticut, & Westchester County, New York.
As we celebrate our 40th anniversary season, we are focused on raising critical funds to permit us to continue delivering high caliber performances within our communities. Choral music can express extremely powerful emotions and engage listeners as nothing else can. We want our audiences to be drawn into the action and to be moved by the unique power of communication by many human voices. We want to expand the boundaries of concert presentations through a focus on choral excellence and innovative programming.
Please help make all this possible by donating one or more item(s) or service(s) to our 40th Anniversary Season fundraiser. You can print & complete the form below and return it to any MCC member or send it directly to MCC to the attention of Silent Auction by Friday, April 18, 2025. The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut is a 501(c)(3) organization (Federal ID/EIN 06-1185461). Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
From all of us at MCC, we thank you so much for your ongoing help as we do all that we can to keep beautiful music alive in our concert halls and in our community.
Sincerely, The MCC Silent Auction Committee
